Job summary

Aerophone Enterprises & Co. in the Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day store operations.

You will train and supervise staff, ensure sales targets and store compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service. Based at Catbalogan and Catarman branches, you will liaise with the main office and prepare timely promotional displays.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the day to day operations of the store
• Ensuring that the sales target and other store compliance are met
• Ensuring that all customers are provided with a great shopping experience
• Training, assisting, supervising, counseling, motivating & evaluating all staff in the store
• Submitting reports on a regular basis or as required
• Dealing with customer complaints properly
• Overseeing accuracy of stock pricing
• Maximizing profitability of the store
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Preparing promotional materials and ensuring that they are displayed on time
• Liaising with the Main Office
• Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
