Job summary

Aerophone Enterprises & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor for the SM Lanang assignment in Davao City to oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure sales targets and compliance are met while delivering a great shopping experience.

You will train and supervise staff, submit regular reports, handle customer complaints, monitor pricing, ensure timely promotional displays, and liaise with the Main Office to maintain health and safety standards.

• Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
