Aerophone Enterprises & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor for SM LA UNION stores to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

You will oversee pricing accuracy, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate with the Main Office. You will train, supervise, counsel, motivate and evaluate all staff, submit regular reports, handle customer complaints, and implement promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising the day to day operations of the store
• Ensuring that the sales target and other store compliance are met
• Ensuring that all customers are provided with a great shopping experience
• Training, assisting, supervising, counseling, motivating & evaluating all staff in the store
• Submitting reports on a regular basis or as required
• Dealing with customer complaints properly
• Overseeing accuracy of stock pricing
• Maximizing profitability of the store
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Preparing promotional materials and ensuring that they are displayed on time
• Liaising with the Main Office
• Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
• For SM LA UNION stores/branches assignment
