Metallita Illuminazione Marketing in Metro Manila is seeking a store operations role to oversee daily staff duties, handle escalated customer issues, and manage stock and merchandising standards. You will also manage opening/closing, cash handling, and sales reporting.

The position includes achieving monthly sales quotas and ensuring store presentation aligns with company standards across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Staff Management: Assign daily duties, prepare work schedules, monitor performance, and assist in training new hires.
• Customer Service: Handle escalated customer complaints, resolve service issues, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Upkeep: Ensure store displays, promotional materials, pricing, and cleanliness meet company standards.
• Operations & Administration: Handle opening and closing procedures, manage cash registers or deposits, and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Achieved given monthly sales quota.
