PCWORX IT Solutions' is seeking a Branch Manager to lead store operations in Quezon City and drive sales growth in the IT retail sector. You will set targets, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while aligning with company policies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail management experience in IT, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role requires on-site work at Gilmore Avenue, QC.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.

Mansioni

• Set and communicate branch targets for sales, performance, and margins.
• Develop and implement in-store and online promotions to boost sales.
• Monitor receivables and coordinate with Credit to ensure timely collections.
• Oversee daily branch operations and enforce company policies and standards.
• Review branch transactions and authorize item pull-outs per policies.
• Track inventory levels, ageing items, and RMAs.
• Set performance goals and deadlines; clearly communicate to the team.
• Lead regular branch meetings and share store guidelines and updates.
• Disseminate directives from management to branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Set and communicate sales, performance, and margin targets aligned with the company’s plans, objectives, and vision.




• Develop and implement in-store and online promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement




• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with Credit and Collection to ensure timely collection, particularly accounts 30 days past due.




• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.




• Review and approve branch transactions and authorized pull-out of items in accordance with company policies.




• Monitor branch inventory levels, ageing items, and RMA transactions.




• Set clear performance goals, expectations, and deadlines for branch employees and effectively communicate them to the team.




• Conduct regular branch meetings and discuss store guidelines, policies, procedures, and operational updates with employees.




• Disseminate directives, memoranda, policies, and other information from management and various departments to branch employees.




• Ensure consistent implementation and compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

What we’re looking for

1. Bachelor's degree graduate of IT or any related course.




2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably within the IT Retail industry.




3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team




4. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.




5. Amenable to work in Gilmore Avenue, QC.
