Position Overview

The Promodiser is responsible for representing and promoting the company’s products in-store, assisting customers, supporting sales, monitoring inventory, and maintaining attractive product displays.

Compensation and Benefits

• NCR: Php 900
• Province - Min. Wage + 150
• Monthly Attendance Bonus
• Monthly Sales Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Greet customers and provide accurate product information and recommendations.
• Promote and demonstrate products to encourage sales.
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchase decisions.
• Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Product Presentation and Merchandising

• Keep product displays clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
• Replenish products and maintain the cleanliness of the assigned area.
• Monitor product conditions and report low stocks, damaged items, or near-expiry products.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Record incoming and outgoing stocks following company procedures.
• Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or overages immediately.
• Handle and safeguard products properly to prevent loss or damage.

Brand Representation

• Communicate the brand’s values and product benefits effectively.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.

Operational Support

• Complete documentation related to sales, inventory, and product movement.
• Coordinate with store personnel and company representatives regarding daily operations.
• Follow company guidelines, store policies, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, customer-oriented, and confident in promoting products.
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling or stock management is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to be assigned to selected Watsons branches.
• Willing to undergo product and sales training.
