Job summary

PurPaul Ventures OPC in Metro Manila is seeking a Store Supervisor for the new Binalot store in Tutuban. You will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, meet sales targets, and maintain food quality and safety standards.

Lead and train staff, manage schedules, monitor inventory and reporting, and resolve customer concerns promptly. The role requires strong leadership, shift flexibility, and a commitment to high standards of operation.

About the role

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the upcoming Binalot store located in Tutuban, Metro Manila, ensuring excellent customer service, achievement of sales targets, compliance with company standards, and effective management of store personnel. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining food quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards
• Monitor product quality, food preparation, and service delivery
• Manage store opening and closing procedures
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance of the store and equipment
• Achieve sales targets and profitability goals set by management
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Supervise, train, coach, and motivate store employees
• Prepare employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing

About you

• College Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field)
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in the food or retail industry
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Knowledgeable in store operations, inventory management, and sales reporting
• Capable of handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems
• Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets and operational goals
• Good communication skills in Filipino; basic English is an advantage
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
