House of Branded Lifestyle Inc. (HOBLI) seeks an experienced Store Manager for Vision Express Podium to drive sales, oversee daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires leadership in coaching staff, managing inventory, and maintaining brand standards within a premium optical retail environment. You will lead a team, optimize KPIs, and collaborate on promotions while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of retail/store management experience.
• Strong background in sales, store operations, inventory, and customer service.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with POS and retail management systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve revenue and KPI targets.
• Manage daily store operations, cash handling, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
