• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports, competitor activity, and store activity reports
• Coordinate with all support groups and back office for store concerns
• Monitor and manage staff performance, provide training and coaching
• Monitor store budget and manage costs, including labor costs
• Recommend marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales and attain sales forecasts
• Cascade and monitor company-wide marketing and local store marketing programs
• Manage store inventory levels and assist in stock consolidation
• Manage store events including Preview, Mall Initiated Sale Event and End of Season Sale
• Monitor cash on hand, petty cash, change fund, and usage of manual invoice
• Check availability of selling tools, working-POP, video, and look book at all times

About the role

Monitors and checks implementation of company policies, programs, and standards. Monitors sales performance including daily sales, month-to-date, year-to-date, and versus forecast. Prepares sales reports, competitor activity, and store activity reports. Manages store inventory levels and checks stock inventory randomly. Manages store events such as Preview, Mall Initiated Sale Event and End of Season Sale.
