As a Store Head, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and driving the achievement of sales and profitability targets across your assigned cluster of stores. You will act as a key leader within our team by maintaining high customer service standards, supporting front-line staff, and ensuring strict compliance with store-level systems, personnel development, and facility maintenance.

What you\'ll be doing

• Sales & Lead Support: Ensure that the lead and quote generation efforts of all store personnel stay within required parameters, and actively step in to present and close sales to support Wood Specialists.
• Customer Service Excellence: Guarantee that every customer entering the stores experiences top-tier service, and directly handle and resolve escalated customer complaints.
• Team Development & Retention: Identify personnel discipline and development needs, implement retention and motivation strategies, and recommend improvements to address staff concerns.
• Facility & Systems Management: Ensure that store amenities and facilities are well-maintained, and enforce the strict, consistent use of all established store systems and procedures.
• Documentation: Carefully document all relevant store events, operational issues, and customer complaints for tracking and compliance.
