Job summary

Waltermart Supermarket is seeking a Store Head to oversee total store operations in the Philippines, driving maximum sales and profitability through exceptional customer service, inventory control, marketing and people development.

The Store Head will manage seven key positions, ensure policy compliance, monitor expenses, optimize inventory, and drive profitability across departments while coordinating with the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensures policies and standards are implemented as process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures
• Trains and develops seven critical positions of the store: Asst. Store, Front end officer, Warehouse Department Head, 3 Category Department Heads and Store Admin Assistant
• Accountable for store target achievement
• Manages and controls store expenses
• Oversees Inventory Management and profitability
• Manages facilities and fixed assets
• Ensures profitability of Western Union, Bayad Center and Lotto
