Job summary

California Clothing, Inc. (Guess Philippines) seeks a Cluster Head to oversee 4-5 fashion stores within an assigned cluster. You will ensure execution of sales strategies, merchandising standards, and operational excellence across locations.

You will consolidate performance, develop action plans, and present proposals to the Area Sales Manager, acting as the bridge between store operations and area leadership. Strong leadership and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational Attainment: College Graduate.
• Work Experience: 3-4 years of fashion retail management experience.
• At least 2 years as Store Head (for internal hiring).
• Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Good in numbers.
• Physically fit.
• Must be computer literate.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive cluster-wide sales growth and achievement of targets.
• Analyze store performance trends and identify opportunities.
• Develop and recommend action plans to improve productivity and conversion.
• Monitor KPIs and enforce accountability across stores.
• Lead execution of sales campaigns and commercial initiatives.

• Maintain consistency in store execution and customer experience.

• Monitor product availability, stock levels, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams.
• Support store teams in executing brand guidelines.
• Directly supervise and coach Store Heads.
• Identify training needs and develop succession pipelines.
• Reinforce performance management and accountability culture.
• Promote employee engagement and retention.
• Lead cluster meetings and performance alignment sessions.
• Consolidate cluster reports and performance summaries.
• Present insights and proposals to ASM.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Supervises : Store Head

BASIC PURPOSE

The Sales Cluster Head is responsible for overseeing 4-5 stores within an assigned cluster, ensuring

consistent execution of sales strategies, operational standards, merchandising excellence, and people

development across all handled locations.

Stores within the cluster report directly to the Cluster Head. The Cluster Head consolidates store

performance, recommends action plans, and submits proposals to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), who

serves as the final decision authority.

This role acts as the critical link between store operations and area leadership, driving performance,

accountability, and alignment with company goals.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
