Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor in Cainta, Rizal. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of retail experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.

You will drive sales growth, manage daily store operations, and lead a team to ensure a tidy, compliant, and welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities include merchandising, staff coaching, safety, daily cash handling, and reporting to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Fl Filipino and English languages.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, select, training, coaching and disciplining employees; monitoring and appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and small notes needed.
• Update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
