Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a seasoned retail supervisor to drive sales, manage daily operations, and lead a dynamic store team in Passi Iloilo City. The role requires strong merchandising skills and proven leadership in a retail environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and proficiency in Filipino and English. You will oversee merchandising, customer service, staff development, and compliance with SOPs to ensure store success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOP and established guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
