Job summary

MR DIY Philippines Tigbauan Iloilo store is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales growth. You will manage staff, organize displays, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least five years in retail, and strong leadership and merchandising skills. Based in Tigbauan Iloilo, you will report to the Branch Manager and work within company SOPs to uphold store

• 5 years of working experience in retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Mercandising and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure safety and clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items and assist with petty cash as needed.
• Report sales, staffing and assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Take on other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
