Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a store supervisor to drive sales growth and oversee daily store operations in Lemery, Iloilo. The role focuses on merchandise presentation, customer service, and adherence to company SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong organizational and leadership skills. Will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and report performance to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & display merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
