Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily retail operations, drive sales growth, and maintain store standards.

You will oversee merchandising, customer service, staff development, and compliance with company SOPs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, English/Filipino fluency, and at least 5 years in retail leadership, based in Cabugao Ilocos Sur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry.
• Experience in supervision and people management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and established guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
