Job summary

Robinsons Department Store is seeking a Store Expansion Officer to drive growth by identifying and evaluating strategic store locations. You will lead site sourcing, feasibility studies, and lease administration while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful expansions.

In this role, you will build relationships with landlords and developers, analyze market data, and manage lease milestones and compliance to support the company’s expansion objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience in site acquisition and leasing.
• Strong market analysis and property negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and maintain a pipeline of potential store locations.
• Conduct site feasibility studies including market analysis and rental benchmarking.
• Support lease negotiations and renewals on favorable terms.
• Coordinate site inspections with Operations, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders.
