Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket is seeking a Retail Services Specialist - Shopper Journey and Experience to design and optimize store layouts that enhance customer navigation and drive sales. You will work with merchandising and store operations to plan floor space and place products for optimal traffic flow.

As part of the role, you will conduct store visits to identify layout improvements, train store teams on best practices, and monitor the impact of changes on the shopper experience.

Qualifications
