Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Expansion Officer to lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of strategic store locations to drive growth.

You will source sites, conduct feasibility studies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful expansions and lease compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field, plus experience in site acquisition, leasing, or network development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in site acquisition, store expansion, leasing, real estate, property management, or network development.
• Strong understanding of site evaluation, market analysis, lease administration, and commercial property negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and maintain a pipeline of potential store locations by building relationships with landlords, developers, mall operators, and commercial property owners.
• Conduct site feasibility studies, including market analysis, competition mapping, demographic assessment, rental benchmarking, and financial evaluation.
• Support lease negotiations and renewals to secure commercially favorable terms while ensuring alignment with company financial objectives.
• Coordinate site inspections and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to assess site viability and facilitate project approvals.
• Maintain lease records, property databases, and expansion reports, while monitoring critical lease milestones, compliance requirements, and expansion project KPIs.
