Job summary

House of Fruitas | Fruitas Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Expansion Officer to identify and evaluate new store locations nationwide.

You will conduct market research, assess site viability, and negotiate with landlords to secure favorable terms, coordinating with internal teams to move opportunities forward. The role requires fieldwork across potential sites, travel as needed, and strong analytical and reporting skills to build a robust expansion pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in site acquisition, retail expansion, or commercial leasing.
• Experience in food & beverage, retail, kiosks, or multi-site business is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, resourceful, and able to evaluate locations from market and business perspectives.
• Proficient in reports, presentations, and basic financial assessments using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to conduct frequent fieldwork and travel to prospective locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend strategic locations for new stores, kiosks, and other formats.
• Conduct market research, site inspections, demographic research, and viability assessments.
• Coordinate with mall administrators, property owners, leasing agents on rentals and terms.
• Prepare site assessment reports, financial projections, and recommendations.
• Maintain a database of prospective locations and monitor negotiations and approvals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Construction, Engineering, and other teams.
• Ensure complete site documentation and timely submission of proposals.
• Suggest new areas and locations to support long-term growth.
