BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN in San Fernando, Pampanga is hiring a Store Crew member for a full-time, on-site role. You will greet customers, handle till and cash/card transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and well-organized.

You will also assist with deliveries, answer product questions, support promotions, follow food safety rules, and work with the team to meet daily sales targets and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a bakery or food retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and stock management
• Reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude
• Physical fitness to lift and carry stock items regularly
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
