About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Crew member to join the team at BW Superbakeshop-Eljin in Dinalupihan and Hermosa, Bataan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail bakery store. As a Store Crew member, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring our store remains clean, organized, and welcoming whilst assisting customers with their bakery purchases. This position is essential to helping us achieve our mission of providing quality baked goods and outstanding service to our community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, assisting them with product selection and purchases

• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, processing customer transactions and handling cash and card payments

• Maintain a clean and hygienic store environment, including shelves, display cases, and sales areas

• Stock and arrange bakery products on shelves and displays in an attractive and organized manner

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our bakery products and ingredients to customers

• Assist with receiving and checking stock deliveries against order documentation

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management

• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment

• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
