What you'll be doing

Greeting customers warmly and providing outstanding customer service across all store interactions

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

Restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and organized according to store standards

Maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness throughout your shift, including floors, displays and fitting areas

Assisting customers with product information and making recommendations based on their needs

Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and courteously

Supporting inventory management activities and assisting with stock counts when required

Following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain store security

Collaborating with team members to achieve store targets and goals

Contributing to a positive team environment through cooperation and support of colleagues
