Job summary

Seasalt Seafood Restaurant Incorporated is seeking a Store Auditor responsible for rigorous cash audits and branch stock inventories across assigned locations. You will coordinate with cashiers and the Store Supervisor during audits and cover duties when a supervisor or cashier is on leave, ensuring stores uphold top food-quality and service standards.

You will also ensure equipment functionality (POS, cash register, CCTV) and secure cabinets, logbooks, and receipts, while preparing weekly

• Experience in cash handling and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Conducts a thorough cash audit and inventory of branches assigned to him/her.
• Coordinates with the Cashiers and Store Supervisor during Store Auditing.
• Cover the responsibility of the Supervisor or Cashier of a certain branch is on leave or absent.
• Ensures that all stores assigned to him/her meet the highest standards of food quality and service.
• Ensures that all counter equipment are in good working condition including the cash register, POS machines, money detector, vault and cash boxes, signage and LED menu boards, CCTV equipment.
• Makes sure that the cabinets to store office supplies, logbooks, receipt booklets, tape receipts, manuals are secured.
• Conducts a thorough cash audit of a certain branch and checks if all the cash in the stores is accounted for.
• Conducts a thorough audit of the stocks inventory to check variances and losses.
• Checks all reports for inconsistencies, inaccuracies or incompleteness of entries and attachments.
• Regularly checks the quality of the food items by tasting and corrects the taste if not up to Standard
• Prepares the weekly inventory report and checks stocks inventories (weekly and monthly) and ensures all items are accounted for.
• Keeps all expense or purchase receipts and attaches these to the daily cash flow report.
• Reports immediately any losses, pilferages to the Management for proper action
• Assists in preparing inventory reports.
• Handles entries in the sales logbook.
• Accomplish Audit Checklist Report.
