Job summary

Connext Global Solutions is seeking a Store Accountant to support our US-based client and ensure accurate store-level financial records across multiple locations.

The role covers bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and month-end close, reporting to the Controller and sales team. Strong independence and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Understanding of general accounting and month-end close processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and store-level reports for multiple locations.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Handle accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and month-end close activities.
• Maintain store check sheets, invoices, and rent reporting.
• Support store performance reporting and respond to financial inquiries.
