Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking an Accounting Assistant Team Leader to support day-to-day accounting operations for a US client.

You will handle AP/AR, code bank feeds, respond to inquiries, and assist with vendor payments and payroll-related tasks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and at least six years of accounting experience; QuickBooks Online is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an accountant or in a similar accounting role.
• Experience in QuickBooks Online is required.

Responsibilities

• Code and record bank feed transactions accurately within the accounting system.
• Manage accounting inbox inquiries and provide timely responses or escalations.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Prepare vendor payments and support payroll-related activities as assigned.
• Maintain organized financial records, documentation, and ensure accuracy through self-review.
• Collaborate with Accounting Managers and Staff Accountants to support client accounting deliverables.
