Job summary

Loc & Stor 24/7, Inc. is seeking a Storage Specialist in the Philippines to act as a frontline representative, deliver exceptional customer service, manage admin tasks, and help achieve occupancy and income goals for the facility.

You will handle client inquiries, update the management system, and support operations to keep the self-storage site neat, secure, and compliant, working under the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in customer service or front-line roles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service by building relationships with current and new clients.
• Enter customer data accurately into the management system.
• Maintain accurate reporting and explain discrepancies daily and monthly.
• Support development and documentation of operational procedures.
• Promote Loc & Stor 24/7, Inc. products at site via email, phone, and visits.
• Resolve customer problems and handle inquiries.
• Sell and rent in-store merchandise and maintain moving supplies.
• Keep tenant documentation organized.
• Assist in following up overdue tenants and invoices.

Job description

Under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager, the Storage Specialist helps promote and grow the company within the Philippines and primarily acts as a front liner in dealing with customers and provides exceptional customer service, performs admin roles and documentation, and ensures facility goals are met such as meeting occupancy and income goals. The Self-Storage Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that Loc&Stor 24/7, Inc. facility is properlymaintained.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides world-class customer service by building stronger customer relationships with our current clients andidentifyingandnurturingpotential new clients.
2. Enters customer and potential customer details accurately into the management system
3. Ensureaccuratereporting (using management software) andexplaindiscrepancies, exceptions, and abnormalities daily and monthly.
4. Supports the development and documentation of company operational procedures.
5. Promotes Loc&Stor 24/7, Inc. product at the business site, via email, over the phone, and occasionally through customer visits.
6. Resolves customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries
7. Sells and Rents in-store merchandise andmaintainssupplies of moving and packing materials
8. Maintains all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner as directed by the management.
9. Assistsin following up overdue tenants and sending out invoices when needed.
10. Conducts physical Site Inspection of the self-storage facility and supports the auditing of the facility and operations.
11. Assistsin ensuring a neat, clean, safe, secure, and world-class facility bymaintaininga world-class facility.
12. Provides general administrative support and other related self-storage specialist tasks as required by the management.
    

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The candidate mustpossessat least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience handling customer service or equivalent.
• Knowledge in M365 (Excel, SharePoint, word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer focus & strong interpersonal skills.
• Paysattention to detail, and multi-tasker.
• A team player and can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
