Job summary
Primus@Knowledge Specialists, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Partner Enablement specialist to develop and implement enablement plans, ensuring partners meet storage project readiness.
You will drive specialization, map capabilities, and conduct technical training (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE) to elevate partner engineers. This role also involves solution design oversight, LL design reviews, escalation support, and governance to ensure high-quality partner-delivered projects and adherence to global storage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE/IT/CS or related engineering field.
- Huawei HCIP/HCIE certification is a significant advantage.
- 2–5 years of hands-on storage administration or technical support.
Responsibilities
- Plan and support partner enablement plans and ensure technical readiness for storage projects.
- Promote specialization and foster a collaborative partner atmosphere through knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate partner capabilities via audits and map service capabilities to address gaps.
- Lead technical training and mentorship, including HCIA/HCIP/HCIE prep sessions.
- Provide solution design oversight and LL design reviews for partner-led projects.
- Act as technical escalation authority for complex issues and perform quality governance.
