Job summary

Partner One Capital in the Philippines seeks a Solutions Delivery Specialist with deep HPE Nonstop Security expertise to implement, support, and optimize security solutions for regulated enterprise environments.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, serve as HPE Nonstop SME, collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams, and drive value through secure, scalable deployments. Willingness to travel and customer-facing leadership required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HPE Nonstop server architecture, development, and operations.
• Security, compliance, and integration expertise on Nonstop.
• Familiarity with Enscribe, SQL/MP, and SQL/MX.
• Experience with LDAP, REST, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP and networking.
• Customer-facing technical leadership and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and secure product implementations in regulated environments.
• Serve as Nonstop SME with platform development, integration, and operations.
• Lead full lifecycle solution delivery from scoping to long-term support.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver training, documentation, and best practices for enterprise environments.
• Integrate XYPRO solutions with identity, compliance, and security platforms.
• Represent XYPRO and HPE Nonstop at customer sites and events.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during deployments.
