Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Storage Enablement Specialist to plan and support partner enablement, ensuring partners meet technical readiness standards for storage project delivery.

You will drive storage specialization, conduct technical workshops (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE), map partner capabilities, review LLDs, and provide escalation support while upholding global storage standards and customer satisfaction. On-site role in BGC or Makati; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, IT, CS or related engineering fields.
• Huawei Storage Certification (HCIP/HCIE) is a significant advantage.
• 2–5 years hands-on experience in storage administration or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support partner enablement to meet technical readiness standards for storage project delivery.
• Promote storage specialization and foster a collaborative partner atmosphere across the ecosystem.
• Evaluate partner capabilities through technical audits and update the Partner Service Capability Map.
• Conduct technical trainings and certification prep sessions (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE).
• Provide LLD reviews and oversee solution design for partner-led projects.
• Act as technical authority for escalation during complex troubleshooting and migrations.
• Conduct service quality reviews to ensure adherence to global storage standards.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Support Partner Enablement: Develop and implement comprehensive partner enablement plans. Provide end-to-end support to ensure partners meet technical readiness standards for storage project delivery.
• Promote Specialization & Atmosphere: Drive partners to achieve technical specializations (e.g., Flash Storage, Data Protection). Foster a positive and collaborative "partner atmosphere" by encouraging knowledge sharing and community engagement within the service ecosystem.
• Capability Evaluation & Mapping: Regularly evaluate partners' service capabilities through technical audits and performance reviews. Maintain and update the Partner Service Capability Mapto identify strengths and address regional service gaps.
• Technical Training & Mentorship: Conduct technical workshops and certification prep sessions (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE) to elevate the skill level of partner engineers.
• Solution Design & Review: Provide oversight and Low-Level Design (LLD) reviews for partner-led projects to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Escalation Support: Act as the technical authority for partners during complex troubleshooting, migrations, or performance tuning that exceed their internal capabilities.
• Quality Governance: Conduct service quality reviews of partner-delivered projects to ensure adherence to global storage standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

• Storage Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with SAN, NAS, Object, and Backup storage architectures.
• Specific Skills: Proficiency in managing OceanStor, Dorado, and DME(Data Management Engine) platforms.
• Protocols: Expert knowledge of storage networking including FC, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB.
• Industry Trends: Understanding of Cloud-Storage integration and AI-driven storage management.

Core Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in ECE (Priority) IT, Computer Science, or related Engineering fields.
• Certifications: Huawei Storage Certification (HCIP/HCIE) is a significant advantage.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate partner performance data into actionable enablement plans.
• Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in storage administration or technical support.
