Job summary

Empower Enterprise Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Stock Plan Participant Services to lead the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring timely, accurate support across equity compensation plans and regulatory compliance.

You will coach frontline associates, manage performance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a consistent participant experience, including education on stock plan features and trading processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in equity compensation or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of equity plans and brokerage operations.
• Experience supervising operational workflows in a regulated environment.
• FINRA registrations (7/24/63/65) or equivalent.
• CEP designation required or within corporate-approved timeframe.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Demonstrated coaching and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Stock Plan Participant Services professionals.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, performance management, and coaching.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, and queues for efficiency.
• Escalate complex inquiries, transactions, and operational issues.
• Oversee stock plan transactions and trading plans.
• Educate participants on equity plans and trading processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and controls.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues.
