  • Help ensure stock plan administration activities comply with applicable securities regulations, tax requirements, and internal governance standards.
Employee & Stakeholder Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards, vesting schedules, stock transactions, and plan administration.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Stock Plan Administration Lead as appropriate.
  • Support employee education initiatives by assisting with communications, FAQs, and training materials related to equity compensation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related field.
