Job summary

Empower LLC in Manila, Philippines seeks a Stock Plans Consultant to educate and support employee shareholders across RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs and ESPP. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, explain vesting and tax implications, and guide participants through equity-related transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in equity compensation or financial services, FINRA licenses, CEP Level 1, and strong CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in equity compensation or related financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 65/66 within corporate timelines.
• CEP Level 1 certification required or to be completed within 6–12 months.
• Knowledge of equity compensation vehicles (RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs, ESPP) and tax implications.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, stock plan platforms, MS Office, and reporting tools.

Empower Yourself.The Stock Plans Consultant, internally known as Equity Compensation Consultant, serves as a trusted guide to employee shareholders, providing personalized education and support across equity compensation plans, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Nonqualified Stock Options (NSOs), Incentive Stock Options (ISOs), Performance Stock Units (PSUs), Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs), and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs).
