Qualifications

Work Location: Guiguinto, Bulacan

The Stock Management Department (SMD) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and inventory operations to ensure the accurate, safe, and efficient receiving, handling, storage, and movement of products. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper warehouse organization, supervising stock handling activities, and supporting smooth and timely order fulfillment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and stock management operations to ensure efficient and organized workflow.

• Supervise the receiving, checking, and proper organization of incoming goods.

• Ensure the accurate picking, packing, labeling, and preparation of customer orders for shipment or storage.

• Oversee the loading and unloading of deliveries while ensuring proper handling of products.

• Monitor the safe movement, handling, and storage of products within designated warehouse areas.

• Ensure proper use and handling of warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, by authorized personnel.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate and updated stock records.

• Conduct and assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and periodic inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Investigate and report damaged, missing, excess, or incorrect items and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.

• Ensure products are properly labeled, identified, stored, and prepared for shipment.

• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization of the warehouse.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, inventory control practices, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate movement of stocks and fulfillment of operational requirements.

• Monitor warehouse activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and inventory control.

• Provide timely reports regarding inventory discrepancies, warehouse activities, stock movements, and other operational concerns to Management.

• Support and guide warehouse personnel in performing their duties efficiently and accurately.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE).

• With at least one (1) year of relevant experience in warehousing, inventory management, or related operations.

• Knowledgeable in warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control procedures.

• Hands-on and committed to getting the job done efficiently and accurately.
