Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor – Cebu Operations to lead regional finished feed distribution, freight dispatch, and warehouse hub management across Metro Cebu and VisMin corridors.

You will oversee warehouse crews and 3PL haulers, ensure OTIF replenishment, and enforce FEFO/FIFO while maintaining feed integrity and regulatory compliance. Fluency in Cebuano and English preferred; SAP/Oracle familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years experience in feed distribution, freight, and warehousing.
• 1–2 years leading warehouse crews and drivers.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or TMS for shipment booking and billing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct daily dispatches of bagged and bulk feed to farms and dealers.
• Supervise 3PL trucking contractors and fleets; audit fuel and improve TAT.
• Coordinate vessel booking and domestic transshipment to safeguard inventory.
• Direct FEFO/FIFO stacking, pallet integrity, and moisture protection.
• Oversee KPI scoring, GPS tracking, and urgent replenishments.

Job Summary

The Logistics Supervisor – Cebu Operations leads regional finished feed distribution, bulk/bagged freight dispatch, warehouse hub management, and RORO transshipment operations across Metro Cebu and VisMin feeder corridors. This role directs warehouse crews and third-party haulers (3PL) to achieve seamless turnaround time, protect bagged feed integrity, strictly adhere to regulatory compliance, and on-Time, In-Full (OTIF) replenishment to regional farm networks and commercial depots.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and direct daily dispatches of bagged and bulk feed to contracted poultry/swine farms and commercial dealers across Central/Eastern Visayas
• Supervise 3PL trucking contractors and wing-van fleets; negotiate trip allocations, audit fuel consumption, and drive Turn-Around Time (TAT) efficiency
• Coordinate vessel booking, container staging, and domestic RORO transshipment via Cebu ports to safeguard uninterrupted VisMin depot inventory
• Direct warehouse crews on FEFO stacking, pallet integrity, and tarping; maintain zero transit moisture damage and eliminate feed bag bursts
• Enforce strict FEFO/FIFO for bagged feeds, cyclic inventory counts, moisture protection, and pest mitigation
• Oversee dedicated wing vans, bulk feed haulers, GPS tracking, fuel consumption audits, and hauler KPI scorecards
• Rapidly resolve vessel delays, weather bottlenecks, truck breakdowns, and urgent feed replenishments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields
• 3–5 years progressive experience in feed distribution, freight, and warehousing; 1–2 years leading warehouse crews and drivers
• Expert understanding of truck bans and farm corridors across Metro Cebu (Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Naga) and provincial routes
• Command of Cebu Port Authority (CPA) workflows, domestic RORO vessel connections, and container dispatches
• Hands-on proficiency in SAP (MM/SD/WM), Oracle, or TMS platforms for shipment booking, dispatch, and billing clearance
• Fluent in Cebuano/Bisaya (operational); working TagalogFilipino; professional corporate English
• Adherence to Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) transit rules, DOLE-OSH workplace safety, HACCP, and GMP
• Valid Driver's License (Pro preferred)
• Lean 5S/6S, Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, Inventory Control (CPIM/CLTD), or Fleet Safety credentials (Advantage)
