• Ensures that inventory and related accounts are properly monitored, reconciled, and reported in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare inventory reports, schedules, and analyses required for month-end closing of books.
• Provide assistance to Terminals on requests and concerns related to inventory transactions.
• Reconcile inventory, GR/IR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt), and other General Ledger accounts.
• Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
