Canon Business Service Centre Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented stock control specialist to ensure Oracle R12 stock matches warehouse records and to coordinate returns.

You will upload returns to CPQ, manage end-of-life stock with brokers, log shipping claims, and generate weekly KPIs, collaborating with logistics partners and internal teams to maintain accuracy and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Oracle R12 stock with warehouse system and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock returns with logistics partners to ensure space availability.
• Upload returned stock into CPQ sales system for resale as second-hand.
• Manage end-of-life stock by coordinating with print brokers and invoicing.
• Log AFAS claims for shipments, investigate within 24 hours, and report outcomes.
• Administer insurance claims for Canon UK, ensuring SLAs and closure.
• Log tracer investigations for UPS-delivered goods missing or damaged.
• Produce weekly KPIs on stock status and processes.
• Escalate issues to the Supply Chain Specialist or Team Leader as needed.
