Job summary

Canon Business Services Centre Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to ensure timely billing, allocate payments, and resolve queries for customer accounts. You will contribute to data entry, SLA adherence, and collaboration with ASM/DPM management. Flexibility to support other finance objectives is expected.

Entry-level experience (1–3 years) in AR or similar roles is preferred, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Knowledge of all areas of Accounts Receivable.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely billing of accounts and allocation of payments.
• Resolve billing and debt related queries in a professional manner.
• Coordinate and manage ASM/DPM machines as required.
• Maintain customer accounts and support projects within Group Finance.
