Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in stewarding or kitchen operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.

• Supervise stewarding operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Train team members for successful hotel launch.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
