Job summary

The Abaca Group Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support in-person kitchen operations. You will clean tableware and kitchen tools daily, monitor dishwashing chemicals, and ensure overall station cleanliness and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma or vocational coursework, with 1 year of experience, and demonstrate efficiency, organization, and sanitation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the tableware and kitchen tools daily.
• Performs spot cleaning of all areas as needed.
• Checks chemical levels and condition of the dishwashing machine.
• Observes cleanliness in the working station.
• Adheres to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Monitors and labels all kitchen stocks.
• Aware of chemical labels, usage, dilution, and safety.
• Performs duties assigned by the head chef or supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans the tableware (utensils, glasses/cups, plates, bowls) and kitchen tools and equipment daily.

• Does spot cleaning of all areas that need to be cleaned.

• Checks the chemical in the dishwashing machine and checks if it is in good condition and volume.

• Observes cleanliness in the working station.

• Adheres to the company standard of hygiene and sanitation

• Assists in monitoring and labeling all kitchen stocks.

• Aware of chemical labels, use, dilution, and safety.

• Performs any additional duties/tasks given by the immediate head or head chef.

JOB SPECIFICATION
