Job summary

Osome is redefining the back office for global entrepreneurs. We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist for the Startup segment to drive high-velocity growth, optimize middle-of-funnel pipelines, and translate complex platform capabilities into simple, compelling narratives.

You will partner with the Senior PMM to accelerate activation, upsell, and GTM initiatives across multiple markets. 4–6 years in product or growth marketing within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or startup environments, with

Qualifications

4–6 years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Campaign Execution in fast-paced B2B SaaS/FinTech environments.
Proven track record developing sales enablement tools, landing pages, and automated email lifecycles.
Hands-on mastery of growth stacks, analytics, and CRM automation.
Experience within venture-backed startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct market intelligence across core markets to identify localization hurdles and ICP updates.
Create and optimize mid-funnel assets, landing pages, and product demos for high conversion.
Develop battle cards, pitch decks, scripts, and objection-handling material for sales.
Collaborate on onboarding, webinars, and product-led CRM nurture campaigns.
Track performance and iterate campaigns with cross-functional teams.
