Job summary

OSOME is redefining back-office for global entrepreneurs. OSOME seeks a Product Marketing Specialist for the Freelancer and Fractional segments to drive high-velocity organic portfolio growth and own critical assets across the funnel.

You will work with the Senior PMM to translate our AI ledger infrastructure into simple narratives and develop compelling, conversion-focused content and onboarding paths for solo builders expanding their client books.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Campaign Execution within a fast-paced B2B SaaS, FinTech, or corporate tech startup workspace.
• Proven track record of developing high-impact sales enablement tools, landing pages, interactive media assets, and automated email lifecycles.
• Hands-on mastery of modern growth stacks and CRM automation infrastructure (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of early-stage tech startup dynamics within scaling venture-backed environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate ICPs and buyer personas tailored to fast-scaling tech startups and venture-backed entities.
• Create highly actionable middle-of-funnel collateral, including battle cards, pitch decks, scripts, and email nurture sequences.
• Develop landing pages, product demos, social selling assets, and targeted webinars to accelerate pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth Engineers, and Sales to align messaging and enablement across channels.
• Map onboarding materials and pathways to accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
