Job summary

Pleased Technologies OPC is seeking a Product Manager to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a SaaS customer service platform. Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology companies
• Proven success launching and scaling products or features
• Excellent understanding of the product development lifecycle
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Experience with product management and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Demonstrated experience driving growth through experimentation and iteration
• Experience defining and executing OKRs or similar frameworks
• Professional level fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Align with business objectives and conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery
• Establish product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics
• Prioritise features based on customer value, impact and scalability
• Present strategy and roadmap updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Drive growth, client acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation initiatives
• Lead continuous product discovery through customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and market insights
• Run data-driven experiments to validate assumptions and maximize impact
• Define, monitor, and optimise key performance metrics like conversion, retention, and adoption
• Coordinate dependencies and communicate delivery timelines and trade-offs
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on architecture and product delivery
• Support Sales and Customer Success with product knowledge and customer insights
• Align go-to-market strategies and product positioning with Marketing and Leadership teams
