Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a driven Senior Recruiter to identify top talent and support hiring needs across multiple requisitions. After 90 days, a hybrid setup is offered with 3 days onsite per week in PSG Workspaces: Makati, Alabang, EXXA Tower Bridgetown, SM North EDSA.

The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, building pipelines, stakeholder collaboration, and managing multiple requisitions while meeting hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience.
• Background in RPO, staffing, or recruitment services is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and talent pipelines.
• Experience communicating with clients or key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates based on position requirements.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Deliver a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
