The Stall Attendant provides customer service, handles transactions, maintains stock, and ensures the stall remains clean and organized. They play a key role in attracting customers and delivering a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about products or services offered at the stall.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall area.
• Replenish stock and ensure displays are neat and appealing.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations, especially in food stalls.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the stall.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
