We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Stall Vendor to join our team. The Stall Vendor will be responsible for managing a stall in a market or shopping area, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the cleanliness of the stall, and ensuring that products are properly displayed. This role requires excellent customer service and a proactive approach to sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with their product selections.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing stall by ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Keep track of inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Ensure that all products are labeled and priced correctly.
• Provide information to customers about products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the stall, including cleaning surfaces and arranging products neatly.
• Monitor product expiry dates and remove expired or damaged items.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the stall at the beginning and end of each business day.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers, encouraging repeat business.
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a polite and efficient manner.

Qualifications
