- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service.
- Food Preparation: Assist in cooking, assembling, and serving food items according to the stall's menu.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, give change, and operate a cash register or POS system.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Keep the stall clean and organized, follow food safety regulations, and dispose of waste properly.
- Inventory Management: Restock ingredients, beverages, and other supplies as needed.
- Order Coordination: Ensure food is prepared and served quickly while maintaining quality standards.
- Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, including wearing gloves, aprons, and hairnets if required.
- Promotion & Upselling: Suggest additional menu items to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- No formal education required, but previous experience in food service is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform light lifting.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training may be provided).
