Citicore Power Inc. is seeking a Stakeholder Management Supervisor to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, government agencies, and community representatives.
The role oversees engagement activities, coordinates communications, and ensures stakeholder expectations align with organizational goals. You will supervise engagements, identify needs and risks, act as the main contact for inquiries, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns.
The Stakeholder Management Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The role oversees stakeholder engagement activities, coordinates communications, resolves concerns, and ensures that stakeholder expectations are understood and addressed in alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government agencies, community representatives, and internal departments.
Supervise and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, meetings, consultations, and communication initiatives.
Identify stakeholder needs, expectations, concerns, and potential areas of conflict.
Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of stakeholder issues.
Monitor stakeholder feedback and develop appropriate action plans to address concerns.
Prepare stakeholder engagement plans, reports, presentations, and management updates.
Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions, commitments, concerns, and resolutions.
Track stakeholder-related activities, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
Support the development and implementation of stakeholder communication strategies.
Conduct regular meetings and consultations to ensure transparency and alignment.
Identify potential stakeholder risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Coach and supervise stakeholder management staff, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support.
Ensure stakeholder engagement activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams on stakeholder-related matters.
Represent the organization professionally during meetings, consultations, events, and other stakeholder engagements.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Typically 3–5 years of experience in stakeholder management, client relations, community relations, public relations, project coordination, or a related field.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Preferably from Western Visayas Region
Can understand native language such as, Bisaya or Ilonggo
