Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a skilled Community Relations professional to manage relationships with communities, LGUs, DPWH, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project plans.
You will serve as primary contact for concerns, coordinate TMP, and attend coordination meetings, documenting agreements and action items for management.
Responsibilities include preparing communications, monitoring issues, and developing outreach programs to support smooth project implementation.
Manage and maintain effective relationships with affected and neighboring communities, landowners, LGUs, Barangays, DPWH, consultants, government agencies, and other project stakeholders.
Serve as a primary point of contact for community and stakeholder concerns, including inquiries, requests, complaints, grievances, and project-related issues, and promptly elevate significant matters to Management.
Monitor community-related issues and project activities to ensure proper coordination with affected stakeholders and alignment with approved project plans, schedules, and requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate community engagement activities, consultations, meetings, information dissemination, social preparation activities, and other stakeholder programs.
Prepare and manage public information and communication materials, including community notifications, construction updates, advisories, presentations, and other project-related information.
Coordinate with DPWH, LGUs, Barangays, and other government agencies regarding project activities, permits, clearances, road closures, community concerns, and other regulatory or documentary requirements.
Coordinate property, landowner, tenant, and project-affected stakeholder concerns, including site access, surveys, studies, easements, agreements, and other matters affecting project implementation.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of Traffic Management Plans (TMP), including road closures, traffic advisories, construction activities affecting motorists, and coordination with concerned LGUs and authorities.
Attend and represent the Company in coordination meetings with communities, government agencies, landowners, consultants, and other stakeholders, and ensure that agreements and action items are properly documented and followed up.
Prepare and maintain reports and records on community concerns, complaints, stakeholder meetings, government coordination, permits, project activities, and other matters within the scope of the position.
Develop, implement, and monitor Community Relations and Stakeholder Affairs programs and strategies that support smooth project implementation and promote positive relationships with affected communities and stakeholders.
Provide timely updates and recommendations to Management regarding community issues, stakeholder concerns, government coordination, potential project risks, and matters that may affect project implementation.
